Services included:
• Weekly visual inspection of the property
• General check of doors, windows, and locks
• Basic inspection of visible plumbing and electrical systems
• Verification of air conditioning operation
• Coordination of service providers and technicians
• Receipt of mail and packages
• 24/7 emergency assistance
• Monthly report including property status and photographs
NOT INCLUDED: repairs, materials, deep cleaning, gardening, or pool services.

Designed for owners who use their home seasonally and require full remote oversight.
Services included:
• All services from the Basic Package
• Payment and monitoring of utilities (electricity, water, gas, internet)
• Supervision of cleaning, gardening, and pool services
• Scheduled preventive maintenance
• Coordination and supervision of repairs
• Cost estimates submitted for owner approval prior to work
• Property preparation before owner arrival
• Property inspection, closing, and securing after departure

Additional services for properties offered as short-term or vacation rentals.
Services included:
• Listing and management on rental platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking)
• Calendar and rate management
• Guest communication in English and Spanish
• Check-in / Check-out coordination
• Scheduling of cleaning between stays
• Guest issue resolution
• Monthly income and occupancy reports
Management fee:
12% – 15% of gross rental income
(Cleaning and laundry services are charged per stay)
Residential Homes

• Weekly property inspection
• Direct coordination with the HOA

• General interior supervision of the unit

• 10% of gross rental income
• Up to 12% for high-end condominium properties

• Frequent inspections (2–3 times per week)
